What are the local delivery options and rates?

Accepted Answer

Standard courier delivery is complimentary with a minimum of $70 spent in a single order.
For orders below $70 spent, standard courier delivery is charged at $4.90.

For safer and quicker delivery:
Express courier delivery is available at $10 per order. Order will be provided with tracking number and will reach your specified address before 6pm the next day.

How long will the delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days to reach your specified address. Delays may occur during peak periods and festive seasons.

Can I change my delivery address after order has been dispatched?

Accepted Answer

Please ensure that you provide the accurate delivery address and check carefully when placing the order. Once order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your orders. Incorrect addresses will be returned to us by delivery agent or incorrect recipient.

What should I do if I had not received my parcel?

Accepted Answer

Standard courier delivery does not include tracking information. Hence, we will not be held responsible for parcels that were lost in transit.
If you have not received your parcel after a week, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Orders that opted for express courier delivery, you would have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you provide international shipping?

We’re still in the midst of working out the safest and most affordable method for international shipping. Please bear with us.

Any restricted areas that you do not ship to?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any PO Box, military or protected areas. Unsuccessful shipping charges to restricted areas will be borne by you.
